How much does it cost to join the club?
Our club membership fees are set out here There is a one-off club joining fee, payable when you apply to join our club. An annual club membership fee is also payable each year in October.
What sorts of things happen at a club rally?
Our Rally Program sets out our schedule of club rallies for the coming year. Activities at each rally will vary, depending on the location – members can choose to participate as much as they like. Recent rallies have included activities such as Disc Bowls, Mini Olympics, Trivia Quiz, Club Dinners, Christmas Party, Tours related to the area where rally is held.
On the Saturday afternoon at each monthly rally, we hold a general meeting to discuss club business.
Do I need to attend every rally to retain membership?
No, while we encourage members to attend as many rallies as they are able to, there is no requirement to participate. We hold our Annual General Meeting at the November rally. At this meeting, we elect our office bearers for the coming year and discuss the Rally Program for the coming twelve months.
Do I need to have a caravan or motorhome to be a member of the club?
No, our club welcomes anyone who is interested in the caravanning and camping lifestyle. Members can choose accommodation to suit their own needs and preferences – this might be a caravan, a tent, swag, motorhome, 5th wheeler or other variation.
Do I need to be retired to join?
No – while it would be nice if we could all retire, our club welcomes both retirees and people who are still working. We generally schedule our club rallies for weekends to enable working members to attend.
Do you welcome families with children to your club?
Yes, we have a number of families with young children in our club. We also welcome grandchildren as visitors on our club rallies.
Do the club members wear a uniform?
No, club members are not required to wear a uniform. Name badges are issued and members are encouraged to wear their name badges to help members to get to know each other. Club shirts, flags and hats are available for purchase if members would like these items.

Can I visit a club event before I join?
Yes. We suggest all prospective members participate in a number of rallies before joining our club. This provides an opportunity to meet club members and assess if the club suits you. Please click here for more information about joining our club.
Does my club membership fee cover the cost of a site at each rally?
No, members are expected to pay their own site fee at each rally. However, most parks offer a discounted rate to the club – this rate is advised prior to each rally.
Are members expected to travel together to rallies?
No, members make their own arrangements to attend rallies as some members like to extend their stay beyond the weekend.
